I offer individual mental health counseling and group psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, and older adults. Standard individual sessions last for 45-60 minutes. Counseling sessions can be conducted either in-person or via telehealth means (video/telephonic). Group psychotherapy sessions usually last for 60-90 minutes.
